Main Features of OneSuite
OneSuite has a number of attractive features that you will be able to take advantage of as a customer. For example, you can use customizable fax covers when you send messages to others. This is nice if you don't like the idea of having a cookie cutter fax cover like some of the other online fax services offer. They also have an iPhone app that you can use to send and receive faxes from your phone. The program also integrates into Microsoft Outlook, so that you can gain access to all of your contacts in one place. Furthermore, OneSuite Fax also has electronic fax delivery confirmation, so that you'll know your messages got through. You have the option to set up groups that allow you to fax messages to a large group of people all at the same time by sending a single fax. You can choose an access number to give out so that people can send you faxes as well.
Who is This Faxing Service for?
This fax service can be used by anyone who needs to send faxes, but it is ideally suited for business use. It is even more appropriate for businesses that need to send faxes to other countries. The international plans that they offer are attractive for many businesses that regularly interact with businesses in other countries.
Plans and Pricing
The pricing that OneSuite offers is very competitive and is unlike other online fax services. They have OneSuite Fax Basic and a OneSuite Fax Plus plan, depending on your needs. The Basic plan is $1.00 per month, and this particular one gives you the ability to accept unlimited faxes. With the Plus plan, you pay $2.95 per month. For outbound faxes, you pay a charge that is consistent with what they charge for long distance. Each fax will charge you about a minute of long distance. For example, if you are sending a fax within the United States, the charge will be about 2.5 cents per fax.
Is OneSuite Easy to Use?
OneSuite is very simple to use. If you can send an email, you should be able to use the service without any problems.
Customer Service
The customer service for OneSuite is solid. They offer toll free phone numbers and an online submission form that you can use to ask questions about anything.

I have been with them over three years. Since I do not use a lot of fax, I didn’t know there were so many problems with their service. When I called and asking them I why I was unable to received fax from my clients, they said there is an going issue and they working to fix it. A month later another client faxed and I still unable to receive it. Called them again and they gave me the same answer. I told them it has been over a month why it has not been fixed. All they can say is tell your clients to use email instead for now. Why would I use your damn service if my clients can send over the email. Too bad, I just loaded over $20 dollar on my account, I signed up with a different company. This company is garbage, maybe you get what you pay for.
Very dissatisfied customer says
onesuite.com service does not work and I have missed many incoming calls who attempt to leave messages but cannot due to onesuite.com constantly screwing up. Yet onesuite still took my money anyway and never fixed the problems with their service! STAY AWAY FROM onesuite.com!

Is it cheap? Yes. Is it good? No.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Sending faxes is the weakest point which is time consuming and sometimes does not work. A call to customer service to get help is almost useless. Calling the phone number usually goes to a full voicemail box so you can’t leave a message and email takes 24 hours plus for turnaround. Not exactly useful if you are trying to run a small business.
Plenty of features but what good are they if they don’t work all too often.

Works great for receiving faxes, when it works.
It works ok for sending faxes, you must use a client or login to their website to send faxes which isn’t as convenient as some other service providers that you can directly email outbound faxes.
Customer service via email, is slow, (nearly 48 hour response time), and by the time they look at your problem it has gone away on its own already. Sometimes they do not respond at all.
I’ve had trouble receiving faxes from recipients on several occasions, the problem seems to go away on its own after a day or two.
